Terms & Conditions

Scope
These Terms & Conditions (T&C) apply to all business relationships between RN Group International Nila Mani (Sole Proprietorship, “Provider”) and customers.

Services
The Provider operates international online trade in goods of all kinds. Products are sourced from suppliers after customer orders and then delivered. Detailed product information is available on the website.

Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded once an order is placed via the website and confirmed by the Provider. The Provider reserves the right to reject orders.

Prices
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). Shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Payment
Accepted payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, TWINT, or other methods specified on the website.

Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery time : Approximately 2–3 weeks after order placement
  • Shipping via postal service, courier, or other service providers depending on destination
  • Risk passes to the customer upon handover to the shipping provider
  • Delays due to suppliers, customs, or transport are beyond the Provider’s liability

Customs, Taxes & Import Duties
The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees.

Returns & Complaints

  • Returns apply only to non-food products. For example, clothing may be returned if the size delivered is completely incorrect or if an entirely different item has been sent.
  • Minor color variations of products (e.g., clothing, jewelry) due to photo editing or screen differences of up to 10% are not a valid reason for return or refund.
  • Returns are allowed only if the color is completely incorrect (e.g., red was ordered but green was delivered). Returns must be made within 14 days. Full refund is guaranteed only in these cases.
  • The company decides whether the customer receives a cash refund or store credit/voucher of equivalent value.
    Products cannot be returned simply because the customer dislikes them after correct delivery.

Liability
The Provider is liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.

Payments on Invoice

  • Products shipped on invoice are delivered only after internal verification. Payment is due within a maximum of 30 days.
  • A new order on invoice can only be processed if all previous invoices have been settled. Customers in arrears will be required to pay in advance for new orders.

Name & Brand Protection
The name “Nila Mani” may not be used for products, printing, marketing, or advertising without written consent.

Business Name on Invoices
Invoices, receipts, or documents will show the short name ” RN Group International “

International Trade & Drop Shipping
Products are sourced worldwide. The Provider assumes no liability for supplier actions except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Liability for Production
The Provider does not manufacture the products. We rely on our suppliers, domestic or foreign, to produce goods according to their country’s laws and regulations. The company assumes no liability for any issues related to production or manufacturing, including defects, delays, or non-compliance. Customers may not hold the company responsible in court for production-related issues.

Amendments
The Provider may amend these T&C at any time. The latest version is published on the website.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction: Horw, Switzerland. For EU customers, statutory rights regarding warranty and returns under GDPR also apply.
